DESCRIPTION

CTS Series clean pump is engineered to meet the needs of foodstuff and pharmaceutical industries.

The pump design conforms to dominating international standards and manufactured under severe quality management in the complete process of material procurement, parts machining & quality inspection, surface polishing & cleaning, pump assembly and final performance test. The performance and reliability of the pumps are equal to or in some respect better than similar pumps of domestic or international manufacturers.

The CTS Series clean pumps are used to feed liquids of low or medium viscosity, liquids that are clean and ultra clean and require minimum possible contamination and liquids that are corrosive or containing suspended particles. It is widely used in transporting pharmaceuticals, milk, drinks, bears and food additives, cosmetics, biochemical and fine chemicals.

CHARATERISTICS

●Pump body and impeller with creational designs that optimizes flow liquidity in the pump and improves the performance;

●In strict conformance to hygienic grade product engineering standards & eliminating the least possible dead angles in the flow passage, the pump is adaptable to CIP & SIP sterilization.

●Flow passage of the pump precision polished and degreased in accordance to hygienic inspection standards required by food and pharmaceutical industries.

●Food grade rubber seals and food grade mechanical seals of single, double, interior or exterior designs being used in the pump;

●Self locking impeller nut prevents pump failure caused by loosing impellers.

●Wet parts of the pump are made of SUS316L stainless steel and are adaptable to most of the liquid feeding applications;

●Equipped with high efficiency IEC motors with washable stainless steel covers & stainless steel stands with adjustable feet.
